Alumni

1. Emails are sent from alumni@betaomicronsig.org.  All known alumni are subscribed to this e-mail distribution list. Alumni can choose to opt out by unsubscribing.   The communications are focused on the "business" of Sigma Chi and opportunities for alumni to become more involved in supporting the chapter regardless of their location or current involvement.    Typical topics are annual meetings announcements,  work-weekend meetups, general alumni meetings (both virtual and physical) and important updates about the chapter.   We try to limit communication to topics relevant to all alumni and limit frequency to quarterly updates, but during some periods communication may become more frequent.

1. Emails are sent from tribune@isusigs.org.  Alumni who would like to receive more frequent updates about the chapter or are local and want to be in the loop on on what's happening can choose to subscribe to this list.   At least monthly, the chapter will publish an electronic newsletter updating alumni on chapter activities, and more frequently as needed to announce initiation, tailgates, etc.

With the help of Pennington & Company we have once again started to publish a semi-annual newsletter.   With the help of Pennington this professionally produced color mailing will be sent via the US Postal Service to all known alumni each quarter.
